Her corporate experience is in the fields of mental health and corrections as well as management overseeing staff and operations of 3 psychiatric residential facilities. She has also worked as a clinical supervisor for counselors and psychologists in training and assessment of intellectual, cognitive and personality functioning.

She is a licensd Psychologist in Missouri, CASA-trained parent facilitator trained in professional coaching. She is a member, American Psychological Association and the Collaborative Law Institute of Missouri.
